Oh man, we’re always excited when a brewery doesn’t only throw out the rule book, but also has the skill to produce fantastic beers to boot. Sibeeria from Prague is definitely one of them. In a country that’s so proud about its lagers and brewing tradition, Sibeeria is out there producing 14% barrel-aged imperial stouts and pastry sours with tonka beans. Courageous and delicious!
