Elegast

Elegast makes artisanal cider from apples from Dutch orchards. We make a natural cider from pure juice. Elegast harvests itself, presses itself, and achieves a unique complexity in flavour through slow fermentation in the winter months. Vegan and gluten-free, and with no or minimal addition of sulphite. With our cider, we give new income to historical standard orchards full of natural values. You can join us on harvest days in autumn. Throughout the year you can order our Wild, Barrel aged and Fruit Ciders in our webshop or in one of the many catering locations or shops near you.
