We couldn’t be more honored to have Ehren Schmidt over from beautiful Copenhagen. After the Baghaven (‘backyard’) brewing and barrel-aging project went its separate ways from Mikkeller, head brewer Ehren introduced the world to Insight Cellars. From crushable refreshing beers to some of the most intricate barrel-aged saisons that Denmark has to offer, good things are about to happen!
